In this key role, you’ll be the driving force behind our global warranty operations---ensuring smooth, efficient claim handling while protecting company interests and upholding the highest standards of service.

• Maintain and develop warranty policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with global standards
• Monitor warranty costs, trends, and technical feedback to improve product performance and customer experience
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external warranty-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and communication
Your qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and control systems in marine applications
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and handle complex customer cases
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills with proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
What We Offer
• A varied, challenging, and technology‑driven role within a growing global marine organization.
• Competitive compensation and flexible working hours.
• An inspiring international environment with opportunities for development
