As Restaurant Manager at Bjørk, you will play a key role in the restaurant’s continued development and daily success. You will lead a diverse operation that includes à la carte service, outdoor seating, bar operations, and event and meeting facilities.

Your main responsibilities:• Overall responsibility for daily operations
• Staff planning, scheduling, and follow-up
• Financial routines, budgeting, and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Leading, developing, and motivating the team
• Maintaining high service standards across all departments
• Optimizing operations across à la carte, bar, and event service
• Working actively with POS systems and operational tools

We are looking for someone who:• Has solid experience from restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership role
• Is structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Has a good understanding of food and beverage
