We are looking for PTW (Permit to Work)/ AT Coordinators

Job Description:
• The PTW coordinator is responsible for day to day handling & coordination of permit to work on commissioning affected systems.
• Ensures proper co-ordination of all works to be carried out.
• Ensures that conflicting permits are brought to the attention of the Completion Lead;
• Is the focal point for all permits issued on the Site by MP, including those permits that are suspended, but where the work is not complete.
• Ensure compliance with the PTW Originator and submission requirements.
• Provides a quality check of the permits, supporting documents and certificates prior to issue ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained.
• Participates in monitoring, auditing and assurance activities.
• Participates to the PTW coordination daily meetings.
• The PTW coordinators will be integrated into the commissioning team, and be utilized by commissioning engineers during commissioning.
• Responsibilities related to position:
• High focus on HSE, ethics and Company's values
• Ensure Quality Assurance within area of responsibility
• Execute, coordinate and follow up PTWs Towards Commissioning activities

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience with PTW/AT
• Relevant experience from similar positions
• Good team player with high HSE focus
