Responsibilities:
• Preperations of hot and cold dishes from our A la carte menu
• Production and produce handling
• Maintain quality assurance standards
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and IK-mat guidelines
Qualifications:
• Skilled chef; relevant experience can compensate for formal education
• Previous experience in the grill/BBQ segment is advantageous
• Proficiency in Scandinavian or English language for effective communication
Personal Characteristics:
• Strong customer service orientation
• Pragmatic and efficient in problem-solving
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively as a team player
• Openness to learning and personal development
