Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your duties
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Communicative level of English
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail
• Passion for quality food and presentation
Arbeidsoppgaver
Responsibilities
• Preparing ingredients and mise en place for à la carte service
• Ensuring high quality and attractive presentation of all dishes
• Maintaining hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness
• Organizing daily kitchen operations efficiently
• Cooperating closely with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences

• Seasonal employment in a hotel located in the heart of Reine, Lofoten Islands
• Stable work from mid-June until the end of August, with the possibility of extending the contract through September
• Accommodation provided
