About the role
As a Sales Manager in Innomotics you will drive growth for the Medium Voltage Drives portfolio in the Nordics, and for the systems and solutions business in the Oil and Gas market across Norway.

The role is about turning complex customer needs into clear offers, building trust with key stakeholders and moving opportunities from first contact to signed order. You will work closely with strategic Oil and Gas customers, EPCs, integrators and service partners, and collaborate with engineering, bid management, project execution and service -- as well as with HQ and the main project developer on global projects. The role gives real market responsibility in a high-impact industry segment.

Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle for Medium Voltage Drives and related systems and solutions, from lead generation to contract signature
• Build and execute account plans for strategic Oil and Gas customers, EPCs, integrators and service partners in Norway and the Nordics
• Shape solutions that match technical, commercial and regulatory requirements, in close teamwork with engineering, bid management, project execution and service
• Lead customer workshops and technical discussions, position value and turn specifications into winning proposals
• Collaborate with HQ and the main project developer on global projects
• Manage a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately and deliver on order intake targets
• Negotiate commercially sound agreements, including scope, risk, payment terms and delivery models
• Keep momentum in long sales cycles -- remove obstacles early and secure internal alignment fast
• Track market signals, competitor moves and tender activity, and translate insights into actions

Qualifications, Experience and skills
• Strong sales experience in industrial B2B environments, ideally in electrification, drives, or power and automation solutions
• Proven success in solution sales and project business, including tendering and contract negotiations
• Solid understanding of the Oil and Gas value chain in Norway, including EPC and operator business models
• Technical confidence to discuss Medium Voltage Drives, system architectures and integration interfaces with customer experts
• Structured way of working, with clear prioritization and reliable follow-through
• Fluent English is required; Norwegian is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Norway and the Nordics as needed
