About the role
As part of our Nordic Service Desk team, you will work alongside specialists based in Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm and Helsinki. The team supports business customers across the Nordic countries, delivering reliable day-to-day assistance and ensuring users always have access to friendly, knowledgeable support. Collaboration across locations is key, as we work together to provide consistent and high-quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain and update documentation for common issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure that SLAs are met.
• Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.
What you bring/Who you are
We believe that you have experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and both Windows and macOS environments, as well as endpoint management tools such as Intune. You bring strong troubleshooting skills and are comfortable analyzing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
In addition, you are service-minded and customer-focused, and you enjoy supporting users by delivering clear, friendly, and professional assistance. In this context, it is essential that you can communicate fluently in either Danish or Norwegian, depending on whether you join our Copenhagen or Oslo office.
