Stillingsbeskrivelse
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on cost reduction and value creation.
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions.
• Prepare inquiry documents for major equipment and services in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Perform commercial evaluations of quotations, and issue contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure adherence to timeframe, cost, and quality standards.
• Manage risks, deviations, and invoice processing.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant guidelines and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Required expertise
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A structured and efficient working style, with a commitment to following established guidelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Haugesund, Norway
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Assignment from February 2026 to December 2027
