• Experience from the restaurant or hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable making decisions
• Strong communicator who leads by example
• Thrive among people and working on the floor
• English is a must, Scandinavian language is an advantage
Arbeidsoppgaver
Your Role:
• Lead daily operations and ensure high standards in service and food quality
• Recruit, train, and motivate part-time employees with the support from HR & Operations
• Manage schedules, purchasing, and inventory
• Take responsibility for results, cost control, and profitability
• Work closely with the Operations Manager across the brand
