Get ready to start your career and dive into the world of finance at one of the world’s most exciting automotive brands! Porsche Norge AS, a subsidiary of Porsche AG and the importer of Porsche in Norway, is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as a Working Student. This role is perfect for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial controlling and internal control systems while contributing to a high-performance organization. You’ll work alongside our dynamic team of 35 professionals in Oslo.
Tasks
• Support Accounts Payable & Receivable activities in line with our processes (invoice flow, approvals, postings, follow-up) and close to our business departments.
• Assist with optimization of working capital, tax compliance and supplier risk management
• Collaborate with business departments (Sales, After-Sales, Marketing, PR) by providing valuable financial insights and support executing national Porsche events.
• Contribute to month-end close and consolidation/closing processes (checks, analyses, and follow-up on open items).
• Help to maintain and improve our internal control system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Support the CFO and senior finance team on special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.
• Keen interest in financial processes, accounting, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
