We are seeking a dedicated and passionate chef/cook/baker to join our culinary team!

You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Eggen Restaurant is a restaurant located 708 meters above sea level, right above Åndalsnes in Romsdalen. We are an energetic team of food enthusiasts dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences in one of the most spectacular locations in the country. Our restaurant is accessible only by gondola or on foot, offering breathtaking views and a truly unique workplace setting.

For lunch we have a cafeteria style serving with simple but local and homemade dishes, for dinner we are à la carte restaurant with selection from one up to 6 course menu.

The restaurant is open almost all year round, with the summer months being our busiest period. During summer, we offer outdoor seating and on sunny days we also operate a food truck on our terrace. Eggen Restaurant can accommodate up to 150 guests and is also used for weddings, parties, conferences, holiday dinners, and other events.
