IT Support Engineer
Job Description:
• Willing to travel and onsite to Data center/customer sites for breakfix and projects.
• Coordinate actively with team members in meeting all Service Level Agreement required by client.
• Follow server's maintenance guide and work follows all maintenance SOP rules and regulation.
• Communicate with onsite engineers and company's management level.
• Be flexible and ready to be activated by any urgent matters.
• Work closely with internal departments.
• Handle and ensure the processing of all arrangements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Basic IT project management, like servers and network equipment installation.
• Stocks management.
• Able to work under pressure.
