Join our team as Product Engineer -- Electrical Engineering

We are looking for a curious and hands‑on Product Engineer -- Electrical Engineering who wants to help shape the next generation of industrial products. • 3 years of experience from product development, industrial production, or similar environment
• Solid understanding of electrical design principles, safety, standards and documentation
• Experience with CAD tools for electrical design and basic familiarity with PDM/ERP systems
• Comfortable communicating in English in a multicultural setting, both written and spoken
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team

Why you will enjoy working with us
You will join a friendly, inclusive and truly international work environment where people help each other out and celebrate shared success. We care about safety, quality and the environment, and we believe that good products are created by motivated people who are allowed to grow, test ideas and sometimes admit “this can be done smarter”.
• Strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing and cross‑disciplinary teamwork
• Real influence on products that support green economy and sustainable industrial solutions
• Inclusive culture that values diversity, different perspectives and open communication
• Competitive terms and a central workplace in Skien with modern facilities
• Flexible work arrangements based on needs and responsibilities
• Good opportunities for professional development, internal mobility and learning new technologies
